PRODUCTION STEPS
1)WEAVING
- Weaving preparation
- Weaving
2) PRE FINISHING
- Mercerizing: With this process, the strength, brightness, behavior and dye performance of the fabric is improved.
- Continued Bleaching: By this process, fabric is prepared for dyeing and printing through continued bleaching. After pre-finishing process, fabric is sent to dyeing process.
Before put into dyeing process, fabrics are put into gassing, mercerizing processes and then they are dyed through bleaching and kiering in bleaching chamber and jets.
3) PLAIN DYEING
Laboratory
Fabric Dyeing and Washing In the Jets: In HT machines, particularly jacquard and plain satins, lycra fabrics are dyed, and in over-flows, knitting such as single jersey, ribs, and other weavings are dyed.
In dyeing, disperse, reactive, sulphur (flowing dye), and special dyes for polyamides are used. However all steps of processes are supervised by technicians and computer operators. Color approvals of all fabrics dyed are executed under various light sources and taking spectrophometer measurements, in accordance with customer specifications.
4) PRINTING
- Variant division: In this section, process starts up by transferring artworks into the system, in accordance with requests coming from the clients. Pre-film preparation stages are completed in computer environment and transformed into a film.
- Screen preparation: This the division where pattern design plans and the screens of patterns designed in accordance with customer demands are prepared.
- In printing, cotton, polyester, polyamide and companion fabrics are treated with pigment, reactive, disperse and discharge printing techniques.
5) FINISHING
• Tentre
• Free Dryer
• Continued Washing
• Compact & Decatur
•Raising & Emery
• Calender
- Tentre: Tentre machines with varying finish widths performs any kind of sizing, finishing and prepare-to-printing and pre-fix operations of cotton, polyester and companion fabrics.
- Free Dryer: These are free dryers performing drying and softening operation of knitted goods, in a free and tensionless way. The greatest property of these machines is that they ensure the fabric to gain the best desired unshrinkability in width and length. In the result of operations performed here, the touching requested by the client is obtained and the fabric is prepared to next finishing process.
- Continued Washing: This operation is performed by machines of various types that can perform washing that is appropriate for various dye groups and fabric types.
- Compact & decatur: With compact and decatur machine where final touching is given to the fabric, the minimum width and length unshrinkability requested by the client is given to the knitted fabrics, as open width or tube, for which drying and sizing processes are already done.
Raising & Emery: Thanks to raising and emery machines, production according to the effect requested by client is done.
Shaving: Brushing and shaving operations of the raised and velvet fabrics are done.
Calender: It performs calendering operations of woven fabrics. Requested effect is given to the fabrics under given pressure and temperature.
6- SHIPMENT AND QUALITY CONTROL
The lots, for which dyeing and finishing operations were performed, go through 100 % quality control before being dispatched. While all defects are marked during quality control, the results of width, weight, touching, color and fastness for the lots that are contained in first quality category are passed through a final control and then they are forwarded to our clients.
The monitoring of inspection, measuring and testing devices in production department, which effect product quality, is executed using referenced devices, the monitoring of which conforms to the international standards.
